How does pricing work?

All of our services are billed by the labor hour (i.e. 1 person working for 1 hour). We will schedule a free walkthrough of your space before the service to provide a binding quote in terms of labor hours. The total length of service will be the number of labor hours divided by the number of workers on that job. In other words, the length of service may change between appointments depending on the size of the crew, but the total will not. 

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts for regular cleaning services. Monthly, bi-weekly (i.e. every other week), and weekly services receive a 5%, 10%, and 15% discount respectively. 

What is your area of operations?

We currently only service the Philadelphia city limits.

Are you OK with pets?

Pets are fine, though be aware that free-roaming pets can interfere with our work. Any hyperactive or aggressive animals must be removed or crated during service.

Are your cleaning supplies all-natural?

Yes, and we know because we make them ourselves! We use household chemicals like baking soda, vinegar, salt, and gentle soaps, along with plenty of hot water and elbow grease.

Will you do additional tasks not listed in your services page?

Yes, just ask! For regular cleaning clients, please be aware that extra tasks can take extra time, and thus increase the total. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of any extra duties so we can budget time and materials accordingly.

How can I pay you?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We currently do not accept Paypal, Venmo, and similar transaction services.

 


Policies

Scheduling

Our business hours are 9am-5pm M-F. Scheduling will occur on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to previous clients. For regular housecleaning clients, weekly and bi-weekly service will occur on a guaranteed and regular time-slot. For monthly housecleaning service, we will reach out two weeks after each appointment to schedule in an additional two weeks, so that each appointment occurs roughly every four weeks.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation, barring personal or weather emergency. First time violations will receive a warning, second time a $50 fee, and third and repeat violations will be charged the full price of service or $100 when unspecified. 

Waste/hazardous materials

We do not handle corrosive chemicals or biological waste under any circumstances. Feel free to check if you are unsure!

Heights

Our insurance policy dictates that we do not clean higher than the 3rd rung of a ladder, in which case we may use extension poles and long-armed tools instead.

Pets

We will not enter a home with an unsupervised, free-roaming dog. Any hyperactive or aggressive animals must be removed or crated prior to service. We are not responsible for any animal tracks that occur while floors and surfaces are drying.

Add-ons

Extra and last-minute requests are fine, with the understanding that they may increase the total, or depending on the schedule, force us to skip other duties. Please give us 24 hours notice of any special requests so we can assess the situation and provide the best service for your needs.

Referrals

If a new client names you as a reference, you will receive $40 off your next appointment. Thanks for the help! Only one reference per client will be considered.
